Function and Responsible behavior

  • Develops the most significant KPIs for social media and develops, implements, and oversees our social media strategy.
  • Developing social media content plans that are in keeping with the brand identity of the business.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • You must work with copywriters and designers, and you must keep in mind that your content is informative and appealing.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the views of the company’s social content.
  • Always strive for improvement by gathering, evaluating, and acting upon relevant social data, analytics, insights, and best practices.
  • Work together with other departments (sales, customer relations, etc.) to identify important actors, manage reputation, and plan actions.

Required Knowledge and skills for the company

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or BS in communications.
  • 4 to 5 years of work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist in the retail furniture industry.
  • Social media: use social media as a strategy to increase impressions and brand exposure.
  • Outstanding uniqueness and creativity. Outstanding ability to multitask and outstanding team player.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best platform practices.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
