  1. Go to the PPSC website here: Visit www.ppsc.gop.pk, the official website of the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), and read the “Important Instructions” regarding the application fee, written exam, and interview procedure.
  2. Online Application Submission: Complete the online application form for the chosen post on the PPSC website, making sure to accurately fill out all the essential fields.
  3. Application cost Payment: You can pay the application cost at any *1Link Member Bank branch, via ATMs, mobile phone banking, online banking, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, Jazz Cash, or other microfinance banks. You can find comprehensive guidelines for filing fees on the PPSC website.
  4. Required Documents: Gather and send in the necessary paperwork, including experience letters, diplomas from educational institutions, and, if necessary, an equivalency certificate from HEC or another appropriate entity for degrees obtained abroad or locally. Also required from in-service candidates is an NOC/DPC from their department.
  5. Test of Shorthand and Typing (if applicable): Take note that any necessary tests of shorthand and typing will only be held in Lahore.

2. Employees of Federal Government or Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to
age concession for the period of their service in such an organisation.
3. In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit an equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local
qualification issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of concerned Department, which will be accepted
by the Commission as Final, at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. If a candidate fails to submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
4. In case a candidate claims experience in a private firm/entity, he/she must bring proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any
other Regulatory Authority, failing which his / her application shall be rejected. The candidate must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status
of a registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
5. In-service candidates will ensure while applying for a particular post(s) that they have obtained/applied for NOC/DPC from their concerned department(s) and will provide the same at
the time of the interview (if called).
6. The candidates will ensure while applying for a particular post(s) that they have obtained/applied for a Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant
regulatory body on or before the closing date and will provide the same at the time of the interview (if called).
7. The candidates will ensure that they will provide marks obtained, total marks or percentage certificates of all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of the interview.

9. The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held in Lahore.
