  • To forward check(s) beyond the assigned limit to the Branch Operations Supervisor/Branch Operations Manager for authorization and disbursement (PKR & FCY) cash only after posting the check in the
  • To count & sort cash as per SBIP directives and match with the details of the deposit slip, enter details in the system. Credit the customer’s account, forward the deposit slip beyond the stated limit to the operations supervisor or branch operations manager for authorization, and return the carbon copy of the deposit slip to the depositor To
  • Receive, check & process Funds, Transfer & ATM-related transactions & their balancing
  • To handle customer’s requests for a live-change of currency, etc., respond according to the prevalence
  • Procedures and guide customers to contact the concerned staff in case of any query To maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times to ensure Zoro compliance and handling of
