Requirement of  Job

  • The only people who can apply are nationals of Pakistan having a valid address in any province in the nation.
  • A primary, middle, or matriculated degree is required for the position.
  • It is necessary to have experience and skills related to the position.
  • The age range for candidates must be between 18 and 30.

Physical Criteria of Male and Female

The minimum physical criteria for male candidates applying for the posts are as follows

Male Criteria

  • Height 5’7″ (for Sindh, GB & FATA, 5’6″)
  • Chest 32-33% (for Sindh, GB & FATA, 31-32%)
  • Running 16 Km in 08 minutes (for Sindh, GB & FATA, 1.6 Km in 09 Minutes)

For female candidates, the minimum physical criteria are

  • Running 1.6 Km in 10 minutes

Term / Condition

1. Those candidates who apply against the ex-serviceman quota must attach documentary proof of colour service and reason for discharge from the armed forces. If a candidate has already availed the opportunity for appointment against the ex-serviceman quota in BPS 01 to 04, he will not be eligible for this relaxation a second time

2. In case of the non-availability of ex-servicemen, civilians of the same province/region will be considered.

3. The applicants serving in the government departments should submit their applications through the proper channel along with the Departmental Permission of the respective department.

4. Any serving individual who conceals the fact of his/her being in government service at the time of applying for the subject post would render him/herself ineligible and his/her candidature would be liable to cancellation whenever it comes to the knowledge of the department

5. Applications should carry such signatures of the applicants in their handwriting, which must tally with the signatures to be done at the time of the test/interview and on acceptance of the offer of appointment, failing which the candidate will be treated as disqualified.

6. Testimonials/education certificates are not required to be attached to the applications

7. Applicants having foreign spouses will be treated as ineligible

8. Disable quota is not applicable

9. The upper age limit would be calculated considered from the closing date of the receipt of applications. Besides the year general age relaxation, the upper age limit is also relaxable as per rules viz.

  • By 10 years up to the age of 55 years for in-service government servants who have completed 02 years of continuous service on the closing date of the receipt of application.
  • By 15 years or the number of years served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan (Army. Navy and Air Force) whichever is less for released or retired officers/personnel of the armed forces of Pakistan.
  • By 3 years in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes. Buddhist Community, recognized vibes of FATA, AJK, GB. Sindh (R) and Balochistan.
  • By 05 years for the widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service

10. Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified in Para 9 (a),(b)(c) and (d) above, he/she can claim relaxation in age only in one category. Candidates belonging to Sindh province should mention whether they are domiciled in Sindh (U) or Sindh (R) and accordingly claim a quote of Sindh (U) or Sindh (R). Similarly, candidates from frontier regions (FR) should claim the quota of GB/FATA and those of Malakand agency the quota of KPK.

11. Selected candidates will have to execute a bond/undertaking. taking to the effect that they will serve the department for a minimum period of five years if required, otherwise, expenditure incurred on their training will have to be refunded with interest and fine as may be prescribed and are required to give a quantity to observe the Essential Services Maintenance Act. They would be governed by the Civil Servants Act and Rules are made there from time to time. They would have to go through medical examinations and also.

12. Selected candidates would have to serve anywhere in Pakistan also in far-flung areas.

13. The competent authority has the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason or even to dispense with the whole process of recruitment or withholding the filling of some vacancies due to administrative reasons.

14. The department has the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies being advertised in the press.

15. The candidates who claim minority quota should provide an affidavit duly attested by a class one Magistrate at the time of the interview.

16. The candidates who fail to qualify for the IQ/Psychometric Test shall not be considered for an interview.

17. All the will be original documents v fails 10 verified at the time of interview. Any candidate who is found ineligible or provide any required documents) (including academic certificates/degrees, experience certificates, departmental permission letters, domicile etc) will be disqualified.
