Summary of Role:
You will be the main driver behind our event management activities, social media presence, and digital marketing tactics in your role as Digital & Social Media Officer and Marketing Officer. In addition, you will oversee CRM operations, manage our podcast series, and even do some minor design work. This is a hybrid position that combines flexibility from a remote work environment with in-office cooperation.
Key Responsibility:
- Digital Marketing: With an emphasis on increasing traffic, engagement, and conversions, we develop, implement, and oversee an all-encompassing digital marketing strategy for our firm and a chosen group of customers.
- Social Media Management: Manage and choose material for the social media platforms of our company and a few of our clients. This entails planning articles, generating content calendars, and evaluating performance indicators.
- Event management includes organizing, coordinating, and carrying out in-person and virtual events, such as industry conferences, webinars, and client seminars.
- Podcast Management: Oversee the development and advertising of our podcast series, including scheduling guests, organizing episodes, editing, and distributing them to various platforms.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM system up to date, make sure the data is accurate, and use it to launch focused marketing efforts (preferably using HubSpot).
- Design Work: Use programs like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create social media visuals, email templates, and event materials. These are examples of light design chores.
- Website administration: maintaining our website and updating and adding new material with WordPress, our content management system.
Qualification:
- Displayed expertise in event coordination, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Solid comprehension of CRM systems and how to use them in marketing plans.
- Fundamental design abilities and experience with programs such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Possessing prior podcast management experience or being eager to pick up tips.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to oversee several tasks at once.
- Creative spirit combined with a love of branding and storytelling.
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively in a hectic setting.
